1. Booking and Payment

Passports and Visas: Clients are responsible for obtaining their visas and ensuring their passports are valid for at least six months from the date of entry.

Permits: We will arrange trekking, climbing permits, and TIMS cards in Kathmandu.

6. Itinerary Changes

Flexibility: The itinerary may change due to weather, political situations, or unforeseen circumstances. Client requests will be accommodated when reasonable.

7. Responsibilities and Liabilities

Clients must follow the guidance of our guides and respect local customs and regulations. Liability: We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, or for any injuries or accidents that occur during the trek,

8. Code of Conduct

Respect: Clients are expected to respect the local culture, environment, and fellow travelers. Sustainability: We promote sustainable and eco-friendly trekking and climbing practices.

9. Equipment and Gear

Provided by Us: We provide tents, trekking staff, and other essential trekking equipment. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and personal gear.

10. Complaints and Disputes

Complaints: Any complaints should be reported immediately to the guide or group leader to resolve the issue promptly. Disputes: Any disputes arising from the trip will be resolved amicably, or if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in (location).
