Detailed itinerary for the Manaslu Circuit Trek

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu

Discuss the trek details. and prepare for your trek. The hotel includes breakfast.

Day 3: Kathmandu to Soti Khola 8-9 hours.

Take an early morning bus from Kathmandu to Soti Khola (710 meters). The drive takes around 8-9 hours, passing through scenic landscapes and small towns. Overnight in Soti Khola Lodge.

Day 4: Soti Khola to Machha Khola-5-6 hours.

Begin your trek by following the Budhi Gandaki River. Pass through lush forests, terraced fields, and beautiful waterfalls. Trek to Machha Khola (900 meters) and spend the night at Lodge.

Day 5: Machha Khola to Jagat-5-6 hours.

Continue trekking along the Budhi Gandaki River, crossing several suspension bridges. Pass through Gurung and Magar villages, terraced fields, and dense forests. Reach Jagat (1,340 meters) and rest for the night at Lodge.

Day 6: Jagat to Deng-5-6 hours.

Ascend uphill, enjoying beautiful views of the Sringi Himal (7,187 meters). Pass through the Philim village and trek through pine and rhododendron forests. Reach the village of Deng (1,860 meters) and stay overnight at Lodge

Day 7: Deng to Namrung-5-6 hours.

Trek through narrow gorges and forests, cross several suspension bridges and reach the village of Namrung (2,630 meters). Experience the rich Tibetan culture and enjoy the stunning mountain views. Stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 8: Namrung to Samagaon-5-6 hours.

Pass through Tibetan-style villages and traverse beautiful landscapes. Enjoy the magnificent views of Manaslu (8,163 meters) and other surrounding peaks. Reach the village of Samagaon (3,530 meters) and explore the local monastery. Stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 9: Acclimatization Day in Samagaon

Take a rest day in Samagaon for acclimatization. You can explore the village, visit the Pungyen Gompa, or hike to Manaslu Base Camp (4,800 meters) for better acclimatization and scenic views. Stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 10: Samagaon to Samdo- 4-5 hours.

Continue trekking uphill towards Samdo (3,860 meters). Cross several streams, enjoy the alpine scenery, and witness the unique flora and fauna of the region. Samdo is a small Tibetan refugee settlement. Stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 11: Samdo to Dharamsala-4-5 hours.

Trek along the Budhi Gandaki River and ascend to Dharamsala (4,460 meters), also known as Larkya Phedi. It is the base camp for the Larke Peak climb. Rest and prepare for the summit attempt. Stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 12:Dharmasala to Bhimtang-6-7 hours

Your Trekking starts very Early morning from Dharmasala for the (5,135 Meters) Larke pass and trek to Bhimtang (3720m) Stay overnight at the Lodge.

Day 13: Bhimtang to Tilje-5-6-hurs.

Bhimtang to Tilje (2,300 Meters) Stay overnight at the Lodge.

Day 14: Tilje to Besishar

Froom Tilje 4 hours, walk to Dharapani and take a Jeep to Besishar (760 Meters) Stay overnight at Lodge.

Day 15: Besishar to Kathmandu

From Besishar Micrwo bus to Kathmandu, about a -6-7 hours drive then transfer to your hotel.

Day 16: Kathmandu

Relax and explore the city or do some souvenir shopping hotel include with breakfast.

Day 17: Departure from Kathmandu

Transfer to the airport for your departure. Say goodbye to Nepal with memories of an incredible adventure.
