Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 meters)
Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Transfer to the hotel and rest or explore the city.
Day 2: Kathmandu Trekking and Climbing Preparation
Complete any necessary paperwork and permits for the trek and climbing. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2,610 meters)
Early morning flight to Lukla (2,800 meters), a thrilling mountain airstrip. Start trekking to Phakding, a small village along the Dudh Koshi River. Walking – 3-4 hours, Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters)
Continue trekking through beautiful forests and cross high-suspension bridges. Reach Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa town. Walking hours: 5- overnight at Lodge.
Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
Acclimatization day to adjust to the higher altitude. Explore the town, visit the local market, and hike to nearby viewpoints.
Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3,860 meters)
Trek through rhododendron forests and enjoy stunning views of Everest and Ama Dablam. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery. Walking hours: 5 hours, Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4,410 meters)
Continue the trek through alpine landscapes and cross the Imja River. Reach Dingboche, a picturesque village with incredible mountain views. walking hours: -5 Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche.
Another rest day for acclimatization. Short hikes around Dingboche to higher altitudes for better adaptation. Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 9: Trek to Lobuche (4,940 meters)
Ascend further along the Khumbu Glacier. Reach Lobuche, a small settlement nestled amidst towering peaks. Walking hours: -4, Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 10: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters) and back to Gorak Shep (5,164 meters)
Trek to Everest Base Camp through rocky and glacial terrain. Spend some time at the base camp and witness the Khumbu Icefall. Descend back to Gorak Shep for the night. Trekking hours: 7-8 hours, Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 11: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 meters) and Trek to Lobuche High Camp (5,600 meters)
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 Meters) for breathtaking sunrise views of Everest. Descend to Lobuche High Camp, the starting point for the Lobuche Peak climb. Walking hours: 2-3 hours (Kala Patthar) and 3-4 hours (Lobuche High Camp) Stay overnight at Tent.
Day 12-Lobuche Peak Climbing (6,119 meters)
These days are reserved for summiting Lobuche Peak. Climbing Lobuche Peak involves technical climbing, and you’ll be guided by experienced climbers. After summiting, return to Lobuche Base Camp or continue to Pheriche, depending on the plan.8-9 hours.
Day 13: Contingency Day
A spare day for any unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or altitude sickness. Stay overnight at the Tent.
Day 14: Trek to Pangboche (3,930 meters)
Begin the descent, trek back to Pangboche, or further if time permits. walking hours: 5-6, Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 15: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters)
Continue descending and retrace the trail back to Namche Bazaar. Walking hours: 6-7, Stay overnight at Lodge.
Day 16: Trek to Lukla (2,800 meters)
