Island Peak is (6,189), one of the most challenging trekking peaks: Lobuche East Peak at (6,119 Meters) and the high pass trek on the Everest region is a challenging trip. Amphu Lapcha (5,845 Meters), Kongmala (5,535 Meters), and Cho La Pass (5,420 Meters) are the high passes we cross via the EBC Gokyo trek. There are several expenses involved in this trip, as we need to pay for three mountain permits and provide climbing guides and porters with good equipment and salaries.
Climbing Mera Peak is (6,461m), Mera Peak climbing is not difficult and has no technical peak but you have to walk 10 -11 hours from the high camp. From the high camp, you have to start early morning about 3 AM, and claimed to be the highest trekking peak. Mera Peak offers us views of Kanchenjunga south (8,476 Meters) (, Makalu (8,463 Meters), Everest (8,848 Meters), and Mt, Buruntse (7,129 Meters) other Himalayan peaks.
Amphu Labtsa Pass, elevation (5,845 Meters (19,177 ft, is a glaciated pass covered in serac cliffs at the head of the Honku Valley. It provides a way out of the otherwise relatively isolated Honku Valley. The base of the valley is at 5,000 m (16,400 ft) and has several glacial lakes including the Panch Pokhri or Five Sacred Lakes. The Amphu Labtsa pass is crossed by mountaineers en route to Island Peak or Baruntse expeditions and involves technical mountaineering. The ice and rock summit is quite exposed and provides good views of Lhotse Shar (8,400m), Island Peak, and the Imja Glacier. The way down into the Imja Valley on the other side of the pass involves abseiling followed by fixed rope descent. The approximate alpine grade of the Amphu Labtsa pass.
Climbing (6,189m) Island Peak, is a mountain in Sagarmatha National Park of the Himalayas of eastern Nepal. The peak was named Island Peak in 1953 by members of the British Mount Everest expedition because it appears as an island in a sea of ice when viewed from Dingboche. The peak was later renamed in 1983 to Imja Tse but Island Peak remains the popular trekking peak on Everest. The peak is actually an extension of the ridge coming down off the south end of Lhotse Shar. The southwest summit of Island Peak was first climbed in 1953 as part of a training exercise by a British expedition that went on to summit Mount Everest. The team who climbed Imja Tse comprised Tenzing Norgay, Charles Evans, Alfred Gregory, Charles Wylie, and seven other Sherpas. The main summit was first climbed in 1956 by Hans-Rudolf Von Gunten and two unknown Sherpas, members of a Swiss team. The Island peak is (6,189m) in height and offers us a view of Lhotse, Everest, Amadablam, Thamserku, and other mountain views.
Kongma La pass (5,535) is the easternmost pass of Nepal’s Three Passes Trek and is generally considered to be the most difficult of the three (but don’t let the word difficult scare you.

In order to reduce the risk of altitude sickness, climbers rest at base camp for several days for acclimatization.
Visit Kala Patthar: is located on the south ridge of Pumori above Gorakshep. The ascent of Kala Patthar is very popular among trekkers. One of the best views of Everest can be seen here. Its high summit is blocked from much of the surrounding area by Nuptse due to the structure of the Everest Massif. Kala Patthar offers spectacular views of Everest, Nuptse, and Changes, as well as glimpses of Lhotse’s northern flanks. The Mount Everest webcam was located here, and it was the highest webcam in the world. The elevation of Kala Patthar is commonly given as (5,545- Meters.
